Ordered a banner 2 weeks ago and called in and said it was just shipping today and that the banner was on hold for 1 week!! Needed the banner this Friday and now I ended up paying $70 shipping with another company just to get it in time! Defeats the purpose of me ordering ahead of time. They deserve zero stars!
