This experience was a complete fail. After uploading my design the only proof I got was an image of the design I submitted in a small image. There literally was no proofing information telling me my JPEG would be distorted on your system and the banner would come out with a 28 DPI graphic.
It appears from the time I paid until it was packaged no one bothered to check on the quality of the print. Or maybe the monetary value of the piece was below any QA inspection threshold at your facility.
