Absolutely horrible. Image issue put my banner on hold. Emailed alternative image, but art department sat on it for 3 days (said I should have called to make sure they saw/did something with new image). By the time I called because I'd heard nothing the shipping charge would have been $70 to get the banner before my event. Cancelled order.
