The design process was great. Really easy to make your own banners. My only complaint, and it’s big enough to perhaps keep me from using Banners on the Cheap again, is about the rapacious shipping fees. It cannot possibly cost what you’re charging. It’s almost as much as you charge for the banner and feels like a dirty trick. Why not just charge a little more for the banner and then a reasonable shipping fee? If I hadn’t put a lot of time into designing two banners, the shipping fees would have been a deal-breaker for me. I went ahead with the purchase but am left with a bad taste in my mouth because of the ridiculously high shipping fee.
