The experience on the website was okay. I like how the art dept. allows you to setup the banner, however there are no measuring and distance features built into the art creator to help guide where your art is being placed on the canvas. So you are "eye balling" everything. I called the art department and they reviewed my art over the phone and their computer and said it looked fine. When printed and arrived the logo and my text is off-center both horizontally and vertically. The banner was cheap but quality of art and layout was also a bit "cheap". A bit frustrating. Guest service has been good, however.
