First - that "Ships Tomorrow" is baloney! The banners I received were NOT the correct size and were listed as "unfinished" on the email invoice! What is an "unfinished" banner? HOW does someone order an "unfinished" banner ?? I assume that means the banners have no HEM on top or bottom, because the ones I received had NO HEM - top or bottom.! After 3-4 previous with you - this was quite a surprise! I called about the banners and got nothing but a long "song and dance" - not even YOUR sales assistant knew what an "unfinished" banner was.
