The ordering experience was bad. Simply bad. I uploaded my own artwork - and went to order the product. The shipping was over $50 for 1 banner. I could not figure out why (I had ordered SEVERAL banners from you in the last 2-3 weeks and the most I paid for shipping was $30 and that was for 2 or 3 banners) - SO - I opened a chat window. Nobody was in the office so I left an email hoping I'd get a response the next day. I didn't. I called - and without hesitation, without looking at the order or checking previous orders I was told that shipping prices change, they cannot discount shipping, I cannot choose a different shipper and if I don't like the price maybe I should just wait for a better sale. That was it. ZERO help and or explanation. I just wanted to know why the shipping was SO much more than it had been in the past. Your reps are either trained to tell the customer to go away, order later, etc. or are given zero training and have no customer service skills. Oh - I finally received an email reply to my chat request two days after I left the message. So - yeah - your prices are ok, but if shipping is going to be absurdly expensive like that with no reason as to why and your service is going to be non existent then saving $10 isn't really worth it.
