My ordering experience couldn't have been made more difficult. I was told twice that they had received everything they needed for a tax-free order. I followed the instructions for ordering a large-file banner and it was still difficult. The girl who took my order was very difficult and rude at times. I've been ordering from you for three years and this experience was horrible. Management should try placing an order and getting tax-exempt status. They'd be surprised.
