The people I dealt with were friendly and the banner came quickly. However, the shipping was a major disappointment. UPS left the the cardboard box in the dirt next to my house, the box was partially open, and the banner itself is creased all the way across. it seems like a banner company could have wound the banner up more tightly so as to avoid that.
