The design and ordering was fine, the delivery was not. I hadn't realized that UPS had delivered the banner until I glanced in the dirt and saw a crumpled box that was open on the end. The banner itself was very creased, something it seemed could have been avoided by rolling it more tightly. It was delivered in a timely manner, just disappointed by the packing job.
