The printing looked great but it arrived with about 20 deep creases in it due to cardboard shipping container that got crushed in transit. Should come in sturdier containers. Called to complain, sent photos as requested, and was told another would be sent in time for event. Thought it was resolved based on pledge to replace. But that was not the case - later found out that reprint was not done because of short turnaround. Customer service ended up refunding us due to disappointing appearance and experience.
