I was under a deadline to to get 38 banners ordered. I needed them ordered on Monday September 23, 2019 in order to receive on time for homecoming gifts on Saturday, September 28. It took me an hour or more to get each of those banners in the cart. When I went to checkout, your website froze up on me and emptied my cart. I spent another hour or more repeating that process for the same thing to happen again. I clicked on your chat feature asking for assistance only to be greeted by an automatic response that your employees were unavailable at that time. After sitting on hold for several hours, I finally selected the number that corresponded with the option to get a call back. When the call back came, I answered on the first ring only for the line to go dead. My husband then took over calling customer service when he got home (an hour later) and was able to get someone on the line. That person, at first, Tried telling us that we would have to call back the next day because it was almost closing time. After a heated exchange from me about the importance of getting it ordered that day, he stayed on the line to assist us. We were told your system isn't capable of handling large banner orders through your website yet I had to have them all in the cart before he could help us. When it was finally done, it was after 10 pm. I had been fighting your website and on hold since 1 pm. 8 hours of my life that I will never get back. It should not be that difficult to place a banner order. Then to top it all off, when we inspected the final product that was delivered, I was disappointed yet AGAIN! I looked at each proof before placing into my cart, yet when the final product came, the banners did not match. The proofs showed that my custom designed images filled all the way to the edges. The product I received had a white border around the edges of my image. This is totally unacceptable. After sitting on hold for over an hour tonight, the rep informed us that they were unfinished photos which come with a border. When we began to question what that had to do with anything, he hung up on us. I run a photography business and order Sports banners constantly throughout the year and was hoping to do business with your company. After this experience, I am not sure that we will have a continued relationship.
