Product is good but experience was bad and follow up has been terrible! I made it clear to everyone I spoke to that I needed the product delivered by 9/30 and was assured after the final art work was approved that would occur. If the deadline could NOT have been met, I could have provided an alternative shipping address but instead I received the order a day later than promised and was not able to use the banner at ALL. It's still in it's shipping box and will be collecting dust for a while. To make matters worst, I have still not received a response from last email several days ago where I explained this situation.
