I ordered a 2'x8' cloth banner with my bands name on it. I sized the lettering in the online design box, so that the letters would fit perfectly, and fill out as much of the banner as possible, for maximum visual impact. When I received the banner in the mail however, whoever printed it out, ignored my layout and shrank the letters to half the size. It's still functional, but it looks like a someone with no artistic ability or attention to detail printed it. Sigh.
