I have ordered many banners from Banners on the Cheap and never had an experience like the one I had most recently. Their website was not working for large uploads, they were unresponsive, I had to call many, many times with long waits, and in the end half of my banners did not arrive at the promised date and completely missed the event they were ordered for. If you are ordering one 3x6 banner and have time, I think this is a good choice. If you are ordered multiple banners or larger banners - I recommend paying the extra money and going somewhere else.
