Very disappointed. I have used this company previously and was satisfied. However, I placed an order September 17 and still have not received my banner. Original arrival date was supposed to be 9/27. It never arrived. I emailed and called the company on 9/27 since the USPS tracking system said the shipment was cancelled due to suspicious package? When I spoke on phone with a company rep, she said a new banner would be created and shipped by Oct 4...well still not here???
