I received the wrong banner- completely wrong. Wrong size, wrong words, wrong everything. In fact, I received someone else’s banner. When I called to try and expend another one, they said it wouldn’t be done in time and if I wanted a refund. I said yes, but have yet to receive any proof that a refund is in process- no email, no call, nothing. I’m sure it’s a fine product- other people I know have had better experiences. I’m just floored that I received someone else’s banner - I feel there should be protocols where an order is triple checked before being shipped.
