Had to cancel my order because they delayed it. Nothing in the email says they don’t read emails for two days and that my order would be delayed. I wasn’t paying $130 to expedite my shipping for their mistake. I cancelled and ordered through another company for cheaper and got my banners when I needed them! Maybe next time you’ll communicate with your customers and not argue with them and lose your business. We would have continued to order through your company but we will no longer.
