I ordered on 11/18 with the Black Friday special guaranteeing next day shipping, well that didnt happen even thought my order was placed before the 4pm cut off. As such the guaranteed delivery date of the 26th was not upheld, as I just received an email from UPS saying my delivery will be here on the 30th. They falsely advertised when they would ship ordered products and false delivery dates. I have not even recieved my signs and I am extremely disgruntled, the customer service staff is rude and basically told me there was not a problem even thought their clearly is. I will never order throught this company again. I had to spend twice as much to have my banners expeditiously printed elsewhere so I could have them on time for my event on the 27th . Very very disappointed with every aspect of this process. Can promise to never use this company again.
