All banners needed to be reprinted because of subpar production issues. Second time was the charm! Thankfully we were NOT ordering these last minute!! Premium vinyl banner did not hold up to windy conditions--grommets tore from banner! We'll know next time to try mesh and see how that works out. Fabric banners were hemmed which caused puckering, so probably will not be a repeat customer for those, but hung alright on wall when stretched a bit. Print was quality was good. Customer service very helpful, but for a first-time order have some concerns. Art Department was helpful making sure graphics were going to look good. Loved the pricing. Customer service found an even better deal than I was going for!
