Ordered for expedited delivery. I take responsibility for pics I submit and resolution, they held up making it and sent me email 6 minutes before they closed and now order cannot be delivered on time. The email said "multiple attempts" to contact, yet not ONE phone call and person on phone said only the automated messages went out. HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered it with my own images, if pic not perfect, that's on me. You didn't have the right to stop it with delivery in 3 days
