I ordered 2 banners at the same time for an event. One 10x10 for the red carpet runway and a 2x4 for a welcome table. The order was supposed to be delivered 12/6. Then the delivery date changed to 12/9. My event was 12/10 and I never received my red carpet banner. It was a nightmare hundreds spent for nothing. Today is 12/12 and I still haven’t received my 10x10 banner.
