Website is a bit primitive.
Shipping and customer service was nothing but mistakes. They sent me the wrong banner. Then when I spoke with them, they agreed to rush ship a replacement. It never arrived because they cancelled and refunded my order. No email, no notification of any sort. Obviously, no banner.
