I ordered a double-sided banner for an event. The banner didn't make it in time for the event. The post office was unable to deliver and it was returned. I received no notification from Banners on the Cheap about the return. When I called and asked because I had a 2nd event and still needed the banner, they stated they would rush the delivery. I gave another address that would be the main office so that it would be easier to find hopefully. I called 3 days later because I had received no update email about the order. I was told the "claim" was denied and they wouldn't be sending it back out. Again, no notification. I told them to refund the amount and they said they could refund 75% of the total. After getting through to management, I did receive a full refund. Poor service, poor communication.
