Uploading the designs, ordering and paying was easy. I ordered 4 banners but only received 3. Imagine my surprise when one those wasn't even my design...I received someone else's order and couldn't return it so they could send it to the right person! Then I had to wait for the reprints and that put me behind schedule in prepping for the event that banners were for. When I did receive the missing banner and the one to replace the wrong on they sent, one of the designs I submitted apparently had low resolution so the final product was blurry. It would have been nice to have been informed that a higher resolution design was needed. Vista Print and other places I've order from in the past do this. I had to wait for the 2 banners that had to be reprinted and wasn't even offered a refund for the trouble. I went with this company to stretch my budget but after all is said and done, this option didn't save me anything at all. It may have even cost more. Will not be ordering from them again and do not recommend them.
