There should have been a accurate representation of what my banner would look like on the proof. The resolution seemed fine on the proof but when I received it, it was extremely blurry. Other companies send a warning and allow the resolution situation to be upgraded or the order changed. Also I ordered the banners with supports on the corners and they were shipped without being put on the banner. I was surprised with the upcharge for them that they were not already on the banner, this should be told the purchaser upfront.
