I struggled for hours with your regular site. Then I called and a rep transferred me over to your legacy site, which was very easy to design on. I spent hours on my designs only to find out that it somehow automatically switched me over to another company's site, BUILD A SIGN, Their site's design tools looked identical to yours and I didn't even realize for hours that I was on another company's site! That made checkout very confusing. Also, your site didn't save my designs from yesterday, despite that I saved them, so I had to redo my designs 3 times. Or maybe that's because of the other issue. I like your company but that whole mixup was totally confusing. Not sure how that could possibly happen.
