The bottom of the banner was folded over so the backside of the banner showed on the front and the bottom was wrinkled so it did not site straight. Unfortunately, I counted on quality from you and took it to our national conference without opening the shipping box. We were stuck hanging it "as is." I took pictures of the construction. We really should get our money back, it was that bad.
