This was my first order from Banners on The Cheap and it was awful. My banner was misprinted. Therefore I did not have a banner for my very important event. Banners on the cheap was not able to get me a new banner in time nor did they offer a discount on my next purchase (if I chose to use them again) I requested a full refund which I’m waiting to show on my credit card
