I was totally unhappy with the printing of my banner for the price (even at 40% off) I paid. When contacted, they would reprint it on my dime to ship it. I think if they wanted to retain my school as a customer, they could have waived the fees. Also, when I called customer service, there was not much guidance.
I'm not impressed at all and will NEVER use them again.
