This was the worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a banner for my daughter's graduation. She had no ceremony due to Covid 19. We tried to make her day special by designing a large banner for her. I ordered it two weeks in advance and I was told by three people it was on the way. It never showed up and they could not trace it either. Totally inept and very unprofesssional. I would not waste my energy or money with this company. I would not even give them one star!!
