So the design and fee were good but sadly we didn't receive the correct banner. We received another order. Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! Gentleman I spoke with in the evening lied about company being able to fix the problem. He said we should not be worried and it would be taken care of - he assured us we would receive the correct banner within 2 days with arrival on Saturday. When I followed up the following day - it was furthest from the truth. Our case was still to be investigated and had not been logged in properly. Additionally the banner would not be available until sometime the end of the following week. We ordered the banner to celebrate our daughters Covid Colllege Graduation on Saturday. The truly upsetting part is the blatant lie we were told when we placed the initial inquiry. I understand that things happen and sometimes the best laid plans don't work out well. He should have NEVER lied - that is not a good Customer Service practice. It only makes the situation worse. So never again and I'd never recommend this site. You get what you pay for. I was able to get a banner locally within 3 hours of ordering it. I'm not expecting this "complaint" to be addressed in any manner whatsoever but at least I've expressed my disappointment.
