HORRIBLE!!! Ordered a banner on May 2nd with a delivery date of May 12. They had a question on the resolution to which I responded same day to go ahead with the order. No communication following that. On May 13 I get an email stating it was released back to printing and would be delivered May 21. This was for my daughters college graduation and sorry, but that is happening today on May 16th. Due to their inept ability at customer service I was left with NO Banner due to the time frame. Couldn't even order in time from any where else. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! Absolutely no excuse from their side for missing a once in a lifetime experience.
