Design was as ordered for OMG look who's 8, but the banner I originally ordered from you with this banner did not arrive on time, so it was not used. when speaking with customer service they said I would be reimbursed for the banner as well as the extremely costly delivery charge. I was only reimbursed for the delivery fee.
