The banner was excellent and the website creator was easy to use. However, our organization did not appreciate that communication was not made in a timely manner and the production of our banner was delayed by almost a month. We do not consider 13 days a good response time for a request that was made by the Art Department of your company. Despite your website's promise of a 24 hour turnaround time, 13 DAYS after receiving a request for changes and immediately replying that our banner was fine and could be printed as is, we received an email stating that our order would be re-entering the printing process. That was not acceptable! All of that time, we thought it was in the shipping process and on its way to us. We ordered with plenty of time for our banner to arrive despite the Covid19 shipping delays. But because of someone's inept communication, the banner did not arrive in time for our graduation ceremony and it was a huge disappointment. It was meant to be the background for our Class of 2020 graduates who were already disappointed to have their traditional ceremony cancelled due to this pandemic. We specifically chose your business after researching several others because your website stated that your company was still working. Upon receipt of the last email, we called Customer Service to try and determine what had happened. After hours on hold, we were told that your company would make it up to us by expediting the shipping to overnight and it should arrive by the following Friday. We were still not happy, but thinking that it might arrive in time to at least display on our building as a celebration of our graduates was a compromise that we could live with. However, I am very sad to report that TWO DAYS later, we received an email stating that the banner was ready, but that it was being shipped out via standard shipping, NOT the overnight shipping that had been promised to us. It is unacceptable that a banner ordered on May 6 did not arrive until June 27! I sincerely hope that this review will be on your page as a warning to any person or company who has a deadline for using their banner. This company cannot be trusted to keep the promises of their website or their customer service. Therefore, we cannot recommend anyone using their services.
