Design seemed to go okay, as did checkout. But package did not arrive. Ever. Email inquiry was acknowledged as to receipt, but never anything more. Calling in was a nightmare. After hours voicemail did not accept incoming messages. Had to leave number 3 times. Disconnected twice and they never called back. Was finally able to cancel order and get refund. But not getting the banner was a huge disappointment and nearly ruined the event for which it was ordered.
