I had to be placed on hold even online and dealing with the drag and clip was not simple. The shipping costs were outlandish and the price actually increased within the hour during a power outage. Knowing that so many broken hearted children could not graduate makes this simply another example of price gouging (in PA increasing prices by more than 20% after a state of emergency)
