I purchased some banners in 2019 for a Summer Program that I am in charge of, banners were great and we loved them. There was some changes to the sponsorship of the program this year so I needed to order new banners for this year. After I had the banner all designed and gotten approval from the other people involved. I tried to purchase the needed banners only to discover I could not not because I am not in the US. I called your customer service centre twice the first time I was told it was a glitch in the new website and was being worked on to be fixed. The second time I called I was told you no longer ship to Canada. So why are you continuing to send emails to me telling me about your great deals when I am not even able to purchase your product?
