Very confusing. It says Ships in 24 Hour- RUSH! But I am not sure what day it will arrive. My daughter has graduation Thursday morning-I need the banner by Tuesday(June 9) -in two days but the delivery options are contradictory. I must have the banner ASAP but cannot accept the high delivery charge. Also- I contacted chat but did not get an answer- I called and no answer with the 877 tel. Please contact me- I must know that the banner will arrive in time.
