Design/ordering was fine. Immediately received email that resolution was low and submitted new photo within 45 minutes. No word for 8 days. Emailed 3 times asking if 2nd photo would work. 8 days later I receive shipping confirmation. Item to arrive 2 days after event. Did receive a credit, but the lack of communication/8 day lapse is frustrating. Can't recommend unless you have a big lead time.
