Design and ordering was pretty easy because this is my second time ordering and designing through this website. My first experience was awesome, I got what I personally designed using the template, the color choice was the same.
But this time, I didn’t get the background color I choose, I was given something else. Am totally dissatisfied with this order. I have written via email and also called via phone complaining about this issue but till date, nothing has actually been resolved.
