I'm not sure if Banners on the Cheap is under new management or what, but they used to pick up the phone immediately. I was on hold for 15 minutes today, and the phone service rep told me she couldn't place my order since my file size was too large and was ready to kick me off the phone. I informed her that I've done this many times and she finally put me through to the art department... and thank goodness there were knowledgeable people there who know what they are doing. I was finally able to order my banner after Dropboxing my art to them. A service from the art department. D- service from all others.
