I have a problem with the banners I ordered and received. I submitted a explanation three week ago (June 13, 2020) with no response to date. In my explanation I alerted the company that there is a ordering problem with their website. When ordering a 5 x 3 ft. vertical banner, their website has a design flaw and the banners I received did not utilize the 5 x 3 ft area for my design.
