Paid $90 for a banner - that was supposed to be made within 24 hours and received in 4-6 days. On day 7 I was told, "they were going to make it this weekend and you'll get an email." On the following Tuesday I called to say wtf? They said, we can cancel the order (throw away the banner) and create a new banner and expedite it for $150. I SAID... THROW IT AWAY AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK...
