The design was hard to do, but turned out beautiful! However I’ve been talking to them and it does not retract I am going to get a video of the fact that it doesn’t retract to prove it to them because we wound it up by hand enough to put it up so they don’t believe us and we have to send a video so doing that as soon as I can!
