The design interface is great. The email I received that I clicked read that I would get 55% off. However, after I designed my banner, and went through check-out, it appears to me that I only got about 35% off. Seems like bait and switch to me. Depending upon the quality of the banner and the turn-around time on the order--I may or may not use Banners on the Cheap again, due to the bait and switch tactic. i will wait to see how the order turns out to decide whether or not to report Banners on the Cheap to the Federal Trade Commission.
