Sent the wrong banner, customer service telephone was a very long wait, then customer service person asked me to call back they would be open for another hour, I call back in 2 minutes and you were closed, waited all weekend to call back then I found out it takes 14 days to refund ....... 14 days.......that stinks! No coupon code or free shipping offered for the inconvenience. Awful! I hope the banner is worth trying you again!
