You’re customer service is horrible. Automated answers. No follow through. I’ve emailed and had to REMIND your employees to call and have the manufacturer send the chairs. In stock and ships with in 3-5 days is a lie. It’s been over a month and I’m STILL waiting for an in stock order. No emails with an explanation. Very poor response. Called and email countless times. Two different orders. Two screw ups. Too bad because the chairs are fantastic.
