"They were packaged very well and arrived without any damage to them. We sat on them the other night and they were very comfortable! The leather seats are nice and overall they are very stylish looking and well made. 👍👍👍"
"Shopping experience on Bar Stool Co. could be better if they did better client service for back-order. I had been told it shall be 2-5 weeks for restock, but it actually took two months. And within this two months, no client representative proactively contacted me about the order status, I have to keep asking/emailing/pushing them to give me a tracking status, and strongly doubt if I could receive it without pushing. Will not come back this website as long as there are other online furniture websites."

"Great customer service. The two barstools we ordered were actually out of stock. I got an email right away with options to wait until it was in stock (in a few weeks) or for a refund. We opted to wait, and they came in and were delivered as promised. Very happy with our purchase!"

"Ordered 4 stools and waited almost 2 months because on back order. When I received the stools they were not the same color wood."

I checked with our shipping warehouse, and unfortunately, we cannot find the same batch for the stools you received. We are expecting another new batch this February. We can try to wait and see if the new products have the same finish. Or we can offer you a refund for two of the stools. At your convenience, please let us know how you would like to proceed, and I will be happy to make the necessary adjustments to your order.

"Customer service was very knowledgeable. I ordered the bar/counter stools on line, was charged for them but then they weren't shipped for over two weeks. Upon calling Bar Stool Co., they informed me a shipment was due in on a certain date and our order would be shipped immediately. I wish this could have been stated on the tracking email but customer service did explain once I called."
