I placed an order at the end of December for a small stool. They sent me an email on 01/04/19 that they were on back order and should be in stock in 1-2 weeks. I've emailed them twice now on 1/28 and 2/27 and NEVER received a response. When you try to call, they tell you to email, text, or chat support for a faster response time. What a scam.
